Bloc Modular Bookcase
A fully modular bookcase available in Oak with Oak separators or Walnut with Walnut separators.
Gaëlle Lauriot-Prévost, Dominique Perrault and Studio Liaigre have teamed up to create a new bookcase, “Bloc”, which joins the Liaigre catalogue. Following on from the furniture designed in 1995 for the Bibliothèque nationale de France, the “Bloc” bookcase adapts the principle to a domestic scale and in a completely modular version. Its radically essential system and pure lines resonate with the aesthetic universe of Liaigre, which combines design with sustainable and lasting modernity. Thanks to a large number of possible adaptations, “Bloc” offers almost infinite customisation, playing with alternating backgrounds, different widths and wood tones and species, allowing everyone to create their own bookcase. This new flagship of the Liaigre collections is already a major creation.
