Calvin Fabrics

Calvin Fabrics began in 1953 as the first company to import the finest Belgian linens into the United States. We sold linen “off the bolt” from our flagship showroom on Jackson Square in San Francisco. We built upon that business, and in the 1960’s, were given an award from the King of Belgium in appreciation.

Over time we have expanded into sixteen showrooms across the country and into Canada. We have maintained a deep connection to our Belgian mills and partnered with the finest mills in Europe, the US and select boutique mills in exotic locations.

We have expanded upon our original concept and have become a long trusted source for linen, blended textures, chenille’s, casements and high performance fabrics with a natural aesthetic. Today, our carefully cultivated collection is mindful and deliberate and offers a variety of selections to suit any aesthetic. Our philosophy, for over seventy years, has been to offer high quality, sophisticated textiles to the design community while staying true to our beginnings.
